The invention provides a roadway anchor monitoring system which comprises an anchor sensor group, a fiber bragg grating demodulation subsystem and a computer data processing subsystem. The anchor sensor group is connected with the fiber bragg grating demodulation subsystem; the fiber bragg grating demodulation subsystem is connected with the computer data processing subsystem; the anchor sensor group is used for monitoring stress and strain data in surrounding rocks; the fiber bragg grating demodulation subsystem is used for demodulating the stress and strain data monitored by the anchor sensor group; the computer data processing subsystem is used for analyzing and processing the stress and strain data demodulated through the fiber bragg grating demodulation subsystem. By the arrangement, the environment in the roadway can be monitored in real time, construction can be regulated timely by constructors according to the monitored and analyzed data, and construction safety in the roadway is guaranteed.
