Application Experience of Comfort Nursing for Elderly Patients with Asthma

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing for senile asthma.Methods The elderly patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were given comfort nursing interventions,to compare and analyze with the usual nursing group.Results After nursing,the comfort degree,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,one year follow-up relapse rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing for elderly patients with asthma can improve patients' satisfaction and comfort degree,prevent recurrence,and improve the quality of nursing.
