External fixators combined with spongy bone implant in treatment of tibial fracture nonunion

目的报告单边式骨外固定架联合植骨治疗胫骨骨折骨不连的疗效.方法自 1999年 2月至 2002年 2月应用单边式骨外固定器并植骨治疗胫骨骨折骨不连 11例.结果患者平均住院时间 16天,术后 2～ 5个月骨折愈合,平均 3.2个月.结论外固定支架加植骨治疗胫骨骨折骨不连是一种即简便又切实可行的治疗方法.
