3T Morphofunctional MR Follow-Up in High-Grade Oligodendroglioma

54-year-old patient with right parietal high-grade oligodendroglioma treated with subtotal surgery and combined radiation therapy–chemotherapy. 3T morphofunctional MR follow-up performed with morphologic sequence and spectroscopy at 2 years after surgery and combined radiation therapy–chemotherapy.
