Influence and Prevention Measure to Neighbouring Environment Around Highway Construction

In order to speed up the local economy and promote the convenience of people's lives,all regions build and rebuild the highways,which causes negative influence to the neighbouring environment.On one hand,the construction period of highways creates a series of environmental probtems;on the other hand,the axial eco-sensitive area is formed due to the start of transportation.The paper puts forward some prevention measures to the influence of the highway construction to the enivironment.
