Analysis on application effect of CBL teaching method on surgical nursing teaching

Objective To study the application effect of CBL teaching method on surgical nursing teaching.Methods 239 cases of 2007 grade nursing students in our college were selected by convenience sampling method,who were divided into the experimental group(119 cases) and the control group(120 cases).CBL teaching method was used to teach surgical nursing in the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted to teach surgical nursing in the control group.After lecture,the combination of examination and questionnaire methods were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two group.Results Both the subjective scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of CBL teaching method is better than that of the traditional teaching method,and it contributes to cultivate the clinical thinking ability of nursing students.
