LA TERMODINÁMICA EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE TECNOLOGÍA: UNA EXPERIENCIA DE APRENDIZAJE COOPERATIVOIN TECHNOLOGY STUDENTS: A COOPERATIVE

To describe the use of cooperative learning strategies in the solution of problems based on the First Law of Thermodynamics. Participated 33 students of mechanical and aeronautical main- tenance technology degree courses from the Simon Bolivar University. Describes the strategy in terms of two indicators (quality in resolution and group work). Students achieved on average more than solve 70.90% of problems of mechanical and aeronautical raised, and 69.09% considered satisfactory performance in group work. The responses showed their command of the basics of the topic, related concepts and the ability to apply them in a context related to their area of training. We conclude that the strategy students actively participated in the presentation of solutions and self-assessed their knowledge of the subject. It is ideal for working with large numbers of students and minimize the overlap of responsibilities when working in groups.
