Efecto de las variables climáticas sobre el rendimiento industrial durante dos cosechas en el cultivo de la caña de azúcar

2017
The study aimed to determine the influence of climatic variables on sugar crops in the province of Santiago de Cuba during the years 2014 and 2015 the data were taken to industrial performance by ten (refractometer brix and potential yield of sugarcane (RPC )) during the harvest of the central "Free America" municipality Boatswain and meteorological variables such as rainfall, maximum and minimum temperature and relative humidity. Correlation analyzes were performed to determine the influence of certain variables on the other. It was determined that the rainfall that occurred during the decade of harvest and the cumulative scores from the previous two, the maximum and minimum temperature had no effect on industrial performance. A negative influence was found moderate but significant relative humidity on industrial performance showing that industrial performance is influenced by factors other than the climatic influence.
