소규모 공동주택 관리에 대한 인식연구

In the 1960s, the industrialization of Korea led to the concentration of the population of the city and in order to solve the housing problem, the supply policy was focused on the apartment house. However, due to the inadequacy of apartment housing management system, it caused various social problems. Since then, in the case of apartments with more than 300 households, the management of apartment complexes was legally obligatory. This study is about improvement plan of apartment house management of less than 150 households excluded from the obligation management. According to the results of analysis, the importance for the each management items was higher than performance in all items, and the necessity of safety and maintenance, community and life management was found to be higher in apartment complexes with smaller numbers of households. In addition, statistical analysis on the management method led to the inevitable self management. In the future, it will be necessary to expand the scope of the compulsory apartment house management and to introduce an auxiliary system for the management of the small-scale apartment house.
