Movimientos sociales y acceso a bienes y servicios. Propuesta de marco analítico a partir de un análisis comparado de casos: confrontación política de personas desocupadas (Argentina) y ocupación de vivienda (España)

2017
This work is the result of collaboration between researchers from two Academic Units of Social Work located in Spain and Argentina. The overall objective is to explore the analytical frameworks and empirical objects of research projects linked to social movements developed in both countries. Specifically, two phenomena that lead to social mobilization, unemployment through the territorial expressions of the unemployed (Cordoba, Argentina) and housing through the occupation of buildings by people who are evicted (Seville, Spain) are compared. The work includes the description of the cases in each country, and the nuclear concepts of analysis, community social innovation in the Spanish case of occupation of housing and political confrontation in the case of Argentina. Finally, we discuss some conclusions that present the proposed dimensions for an analytical framework that responds to the relationship between social movements and access to assets and services.
