High-hardness powder coating composition as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a high-hardness powder coating composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The coating composition comprises the following components: polyester resin, isocyanuric acid tri-glycidyl ester curing agent, high-functional epoxy resin, isocyanic acid ester dimer, polytetrafluoroethylene wax, additives, pigments and packing. The preparation method of the coating composition comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the polyester resin, the isocyanuric acid tri-glycidyl ester curing agent, the high-functional epoxy resin, the isocyanic acid ester dimer, the polytetrafluoroethylene wax, the additives, the pigments and the packing, and performing melting extrusion, tableting, cooling, crude crushing, grinding and crushing and screening in sequence, thereby obtaining the high-hardness powder coating composition. The high-hardness powder coating composition disclosed by the invention is excellent in hardness upon substrates, optimal in adhesion property with the substrates, good in binding property and hardness with the substrate, free of influence upon weather resistance of a coated layer, and very good in scratching resistance.
