Влияние хрома и бензола на сперматогенез: экспериментально-гистологическое исследование

The purpose of this study is verification of pathomorphological factors of spermatogenesis damaging and suppression in terms of their prognostic importance for assessment the possibility of restoration the generative function after stopping the intoxication with the chrome and benzole mixture. The male mice, first generation hybrids [CBA×C57Bl6]F1, weighing 18-20 g, obtained from the RAMS nursery «Stolbovaya», have been used in the model experiment. The animals of the experimental group were given the water solution of potassium bichromate and benzole mixture in the dose of 20 mg/kg and 0.6 ml/kg, respectively. The results of the studies showed that chrome and benzole getting into the mice bodies cause the spermatogenesis damaging and, accordingly, the reduction of the testis germination function.
