The invention discloses an adsorptive desulfurizer for a biomass boiler. The adsorptive desulfurizer consists of the following ingredients in parts by weight: 22-28 parts of limestone, 13-18 parts of ferric oxide, 8-15 parts of mordenite, 16-23 parts of aluminium chloride, 35-48 parts of a DMF solution and 22-28 parts of ammonia water. The adsorptive desulfurizer provided by the invention not only is high in desulfurization effect, but also enables electron pairs between an organic sulfide and aluminium chloride to interact so as to produce a water-soluble complex to be removed when utilizing aluminium chloride and the DMF solution to treat sulfur-containing oil, ensures prompt treatment and discharge of waste water and therefore is environment-friendly.
