Analysis of Energy Efficiency based on the Coupling of Natural Ventilation and Thermal Energy Storage for Different Areas

Outdoor weather condition is extremely important to the building energy consumption in the process of reducing building energy consumption with the principle of the coupling of natural ventilation and thermal energy storage.This article simulates the annual accumulated cold load of one residential building in Xi'an,Guangzhou and Hami by DeST-h software to analyze the effects of ventilation quantity,compound wall material and structure type on energy consumption,and study the envelope construction forms adapted to these regions.The results indicate that increasing ventilation quantity can effectively reduce building energy consumption;In terms of optimizing the wall construction form,the wall structures of the different regions is very different to achieve the best energy-saving effect because of the differences of the regions.Xi'an,Hami and Guangzhou adapts to the heavy wall structure with external thermal insulation and the light interior partition wall,the light structure and the heavy wall structure of external and interior partition wall,respectively.The energy-saving effect of heavy interior partition wall is most remarkable.
