Heat dissipation device and fixing frame thereof

The invention relates to a heat dissipation device, which comprises a radiator, a fan and a fixing frame, wherein the fixing frame is used for installing and fixing the fan; the fixing frame comprises a first fixing member and at least a second fixing member; the second fixing block is connected with the first fixing block; an accommodation space is formed between the first fixing block and the second fixing block and is used for accommodating the radiator; the radiator is fixed in the accommodation space of the fixing frame; the first and second fixing blocks are respectively provided with an air-vent; and the fan is arranged and fixed on the first or second fixing block. The heat dissipation device allows the fan to be flexibly adjusted as required.
