In Vivo [35 S]-Methionine Incorporation

Abstract The purpose of this assay is to measure the incorporation of radiolabeled [ 35  S]-methionine into newly synthesized proteins in exponentially growing yeast cells. This allows for a quantitative in vivo measurement of total protein synthesis.
