Study on Part of Key Techniques of Standardized Cultivation About Chinese Traditional Medicine Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.

[Objective]Based on GAP authentication,from the source to ensure the quality of Chinese traditional medicines,the key techniques about the North standardized cultivation of Chinese traditional medicines Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.were studied.[Method] The best harvest time of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.was confirmed,and the pollution-free precautionary method of controlling its Seedling Blight and Leaf Spot was obtained.[Result] The results showed that the best harvest time of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.was in the second ten days of September.At this time,the cool and dry climate was convenient for its post-processing.It had good effects of applying 75% Jubang AMD WP 0.7 g/L and 50% Carbendazim WP ultrafine powder 1.4 g/L simultaneously to control Seedling Blight and Leaf Spot of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A..[Conclusion] The study can lay the theoretical basis for high-yield cultivation of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A..
