The invention discloses a distributed illumination photometer and a system. The distributed illumination photometer comprises a photosensitive module, a communication module and an embedded microcontroller module, wherein the embedded microcontroller module is used for arranging work parameters of the photosensitive module and acquiring illumination measurement data returned by the photosensitive module, is also used for packaging and converting the illumination measurement data into illumination measurement signals in a CAN data format and is further used for sending the illumination measurement signals in the CAN data format; and the communication module is used for processing and sending the illumination measurement signals in the CAN data format, sent by the embedded microcontroller module to a CAN bus. Through CAN bus transmission, long-distance transmission of the illumination measurement signals can be carried out, the precision and accuracy of transmitted signals are ensured, the distributed illumination photometer can be installed at a remote position or a position with manual implementation difficulty, the work parameters are configured through the embedded microcontroller module, the photosensitive module is indicated to work, remote unattended operation is realized, and due to convenient application of the distributed illumination photometer, the application scope of the illumination photometer is further enlarged.
