Study on Microwave Extraction Process of Total Saponins from Fresh Dioscorea Zingiberensis

Microwave extraction process of total saponins from fresh Dioscorea zingiberensis was studied.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:liquid-solid ratio 15∶1(mL∶g),acidolysis time 2.0 h,microwave power 400 W,microwave extraction time 4 min.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of total saponins was 0.26%.Compared with traditional extraction methods,microwave extraction method is suitable for industrial production with high-efficiency,energy-saving,short time,easy operation.
