The invention discloses a tactile sensing system capable of recognizing information in the three-dimensional direction and a design method thereof. The method comprises the steps of S1, establishing a three-dimensional model, and printing the three-dimensional model by means of a three-dimensional printer; S2, arranging a plurality of pressure sensors on the surface of the three-dimensional model, arranging a microprocessor inside the three-dimensional model, connecting all the pressure sensors with the corresponding pins of the microprocessor and starting the data acquisition; S3, transmitting tactile sensing data between the microprocessor and an external processing terminal in the wireless manner; S4, upon receiving the tactile sensing data by means of the external processing terminal, conducting the programming treatment on the data. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the tactile sensing information in the three-dimensional direction can be accurately acquired. Meanwhile, the system is high in acquisition accuracy, fast in response speed, capable of repeatedly acquiring information and free from being influenced by external audio and harmonic waves.
