Anti-rusting emulsifying wax and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses anti-rusting emulsifying wax and a preparation method thereof for producing packing steel strips. The anti-rusting emulsifying wax comprises the following chemical components: carnauba wax, microcrystalline wax, a compound emulsifier, an anti-rusting agent, normal butanol and water. The preparation method of the anti-rusting emulsifying wax comprises the following steps: according to the chemical components of the anti-rusting emulsifying wax, firstly putting the carnauba wax and the microcrystalline wax in a reactor in a constant temperature water bath; after wax is melted, adding the compound emulsifier, the compound anti-rusting agent and normal butanol to gradually emulsifying the wax; finally, adding hot water and stirring to obtain the anti-rusting emulsifying wax. The anti-rusting emulsifying wax disclosed by the invention is simple in production process and low in production cost, and further has relatively excellent anti-rusting performance, stability performance, lubricating performance, dispersing performance and temperature-resisting performance compared with those of similar products in the using process.
