The comparative method of philological origin has been essential in the formation of comparative literature. Similarly, connectionism as an approach derived from the fields of artificial intelligence, cognitive psychology, and neuroscience and philosophy of mind, determined to learn it is to connect new elements. Since reading is based on the rhetorical training and knowledge of the issues or topics of discourse, this paper illustrates cases of subjects which serve as gateways relevance between different areas of literacy (oral culture, written and media).
