Emergency Management: Pelvic C-Clamp

Mechanical stabilization of the pelvic ring is the first modality of treatment in hemodynamically unstable patients with additional mechanical instability of the ring structure. The pelvic C-clamp was proposed for several decades as the optimal emergency stabilization method. A step-by-step application analysis is presented and the clinical effect and the value of this modality are analyzed.
