The invention relates to a method for cleaning treatment of acid production tail gas and comprehensive recycling of antimony through an antimony-containing alkaline leaching solution. Three levels of treatment technologies are used for conducting antimony precipitation and liquid reutilization after antimony precipitation. According to the first-level treatment technology, the antimony-containing alkaline leaching solution and the acid production waste gas are subjected to a neutral reaction, antimony precipitate is generated in the reaction, the reaction endpoint PH is controlled to range from 3 to 4, and antimony precipitate slag is recycled after filtration; according to the second-level treatment technology, waste acid washing and filtering of the antimony precipitate slag are conducted, and high-quality antimony precipitate slag is obtained; and according to the third-level treatment technology, the PH of liquid obtained after the neutral reaction is adjusted to range from 7 to 8 through NaOH, the obtained liquid is applied to the pulp conditioning and roasting process of gold concentrates, zero emission of the antimony-containing alkaline leaching solution is achieved, and meanwhile harmless treatment of the acid production waste gas, antimony precipitation of the antimony-containing alkaline leaching solution and comprehensive utilization are truly achieved.
