Вміст продуктів пероксидного окиснення ліпідів у птиці за корекції патологічних станів

2018
The content of total lipids in the quail buds is an important indicator in providing the body with energy. Lipid peroxidation is an active process that helps to bind and excrete toxins, adapt to new conditions, and promote new age stages. POL products containing carbonyl groups are able to interact with free amino groups of various substances (phospholipids, amino acids, proteins, etc.) to form Schiff base compounds. The latter group of compounds is the structural basis of lipofuscin, which are non-metabolized markers of dystrophic processes in the cell. Changes in the content of total lipids and LPO products have been found to accompany critical periods of quail development and vary depending on Cadmium flow and Selenium correction.
