The invention provides an air filter moisture-tolerance overpressure performance test bench, which comprises a high-pressure fan, a low-pressure fan, a water pump, a spray humidifier, a nozzles, an upstream piping and a downstream pipeline, wherein the high-pressure fan and the low-pressure fan are parallelly connected to the upstream pipeline, the water pump is connected with the spray humidifier, the spray humidifier is connected to the nozzle in the upstream pipeline, an air filter to be tested is connected between the upstream pipeline and the downstream pipeline, and the tail end of the downstream pipeline is communicated with the atmosphere. The air filter moisture-tolerance overpressure performance test bench provided by the invention can be installed and disassembled quickly, so as to ensure that a filtering core of the air filter after constant temperature and humidity processing maintains the required conditions of temperature and humidity at the beginning of the test; the air filter can maintain the humid state during the permeation rate test after being sprayed with water; and the test bench operates independently, and can ensure that precision of the nuclear-grade air filter permeation rate test bench is not affected by mist.
