Synthesis of the hapten for avermectin and preparation of polyclonal antibody

The hapten of avermectin which has the special structure was prepared. The carrier protein BSA was conjugated with hapten to obtain the artificial antigen by the active ester method. The anti-AVM antibody was obtained after immunized to New Zealand white rabbits. Antibody titer reached 1∶20 000. The standard curve of indirect competitive enzymed-linked immunoassay was developed with IC50 of 1.92 ng/mL and IC15 of 0.13 ng/mL.
