The sludge hydrothermal drying treatment device comprises a homogeneous reactor, a slurrying reactor, a hydrothermal reactor and a flash evaporation reactor in sequential connection. The homogeneous reactor cuts up and stirs materials and then conveys the materials into the slurrying reactor for uniformly preheating the materials, the pre-heated materials take hydrothermal reaction in the hydrothermal reactor and are then stored in the flash evaporation reactor, and steam recovered by the flash evaporation reactor can be introduced into the slurry reactor and/or the hydrothermal reactor. The sludge hydrothermal drying treatment device hydrolyzes sticky organic matters in the sludge at certain temperature and pressure, the colloid structure of the sludge is damaged, and bound water is promoted to be separated from solid particles. The hydrothermal reactor can realize uniform heating on the sludge materials, in addition, the pressure can be increased, and the sludge materials can sufficiently and uniformly take hydrothermal reaction, so the dewatering goal is realized.
