Design of the Digital Control System of Ultrasonic Frequency Induction Furnace Based on DSP2407A

The uncontrolled rectifier and phase shifting resonant inverter electric circuit were adopted in the design to meet the ultrasonic frequency induction furnace’s power regulation need instead of traditional controlled rectifier and or-dinary inverter electric circuit.Digital phase-locked loop was used to realize the induction furnace’s frequency track.Based on DSPTMS320LF2407A chip,the system’s hardware circuit diagram and the software flowchart were given in detail.The design has realized automatic power regulation,frequency modulation,online monitor and so on.
