The invention discloses a bamboo joint cavity based wine storage method comprising the steps of (1) selecting a one-year-old growing green bamboo with the bamboo joint cavity volume of 500-700ml, drilling a special pinhole with the diameter of about 1MM in the outer cavity wall by using a special punching tool, and injecting 500-700ml of wine into the pinhole; (2) sealing or naturally closing up the special pinhole in the outer cavity wall of the green bamboo. When the wine is stored by using the method, the one-year storage time is equivalent to the conventional 3-5-year storage time of the wine, so that the storage time of the wine is directly shortened, a better economic benefit is obtained, and the wine has unique bamboo flavors. The storage method is simple in process, free of energy consumption, relatively short in storage time, relatively high in wine purity, free of any environmental pollution and beneficial to environmental protection.
