Using the Dielectric Dispersion Oscillator with Distributed Frequency for Analysis of Broadband Resonance Dielectric Spectra

2020
It is known that the resonator model for describing the dielectric dispersion is used for constructing the concept of broadband resonant dielectric spectra which characterize composites containing resonant elements, polycrystalline and multidomain ferroelectrics, etc. In this article, we compare the models of the relaxator and the highly-damped oscillator and analyze the multiresonant far infrared spectra of ionic crystals. For the broadband spectra, models of uniform and Gaussian distribution of the frequency of dielectric dispersive oscillator are developed.
