Rollers with brake devices are arranged at the lower end of the frame, a take-up wheel rotation shaft is arranged on the frame, a spool penetrates through the take-up wheel rotation shaft and is arranged on the take-up wheel rotation shaft, a motor is arranged on the frame and drives the take-up wheel rotation shaft to rotate through a chain, a lead screw is further arranged on one side of the take-up machine, a traverse unit is arranged on the lead screw, a support frame is arranged on the traverse unit, two transmission wheels are connected onto the support frame through support rods, a copper wire firstly passes through the two transmission wheels and then is wound on the spool, a meter counter is further arranged on the frame, and a photoelectric switch is arranged on the outer side of the spool. The uniform take-up machine is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the position of the wound wire on the spool can be manually and automatically adjusted, neatness of the wound wire is ensured, and the length of the wound wire is precisely calculated.
