Cellular dynamic ion flow detector

2015
The invention relates to the technical field of dynamic ion flow detection and specifically relates to a cellular dynamic ion flow detector. The detector comprises a solution tank, a micro air pump, a working electrode, a reference electrode, a signal processor and a computer; the cells to be detected are immobilized on through holes formed in the base plate of the solution tank in such a manner of generating negative pressure by use of the micro air pump; the reference electrode and the working electrode are immersed in the solution tank filled with a buffer solution; the working electrode obtains ion/molecule signals; the surface ion/molecule absorption or release condition of the cells to be detected is obtained by use of a signal amplifier, the signal processor and the rear-end computer; as a result, the physiological feature of ion/molecule absorption or release of the cells to be detected can be detected. Meanwhile, the cells are immobilized in a physical adsorption manner, so that the problem of inaccurate testing result due to the physiological activity change caused by the harm of a chemical reagent to the cells can be avoided; besides, the success rate of cell immobilization is increased, and the accuracy of the detection result and the detection efficiency also can be improved.
