The measure of bearing radial internal clearances is an important link in the inspection of bearing quality,it exerts a direct influence on the operating performance of bearings.X294 is a special instrument for short cylindrical roller bearings with outer diameters from 100mm to 400mm.Its fixed instrument frame needs to be adjusted when different specifications of bearings are measured.It will not only consume and expend a lot of time and energy,but also take a long time to change the bearings and cause low efficiency.Especially for some medium and small rolling bearings,their radial internal clearances can't be measured for the inner ring can't be set and fixed by the fixing screws and ribs of the instrument.Because of the above reasons,the fixed instrument frame and inner ring devices of X294 need to be improved.
