Polyamide-polyolefin alloy material and in-situ grafting preparation method thereof

2016
The invention provides a polyamide-polyolefin alloy material. The polyamide-polyolefin alloy material is prepared from, by weight, 5-80 parts of polyolefin resin, 0.01-5 parts of reaction grafting monomers, 0.2-5 parts of an auxiliary, 20-95 parts of polyamide resin and 0.001-1 part of an initiating agent. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the alloy material. Compared with the prior art, the polyamide-polyolefin alloy material and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that functionalization of polyolefin and in-situ compatibilization of the polyamide resin are achieved through a one-step method, the corresponding alloy material can be prepared through blending, therefore, the production links in an industrial chain are reduced, energy sources are saved, and the processing cost is lowered; alloy of polyolefin and polyamide is produced through the one-step method, the key ingredients are fed through a sectional type feeding method, therefore, material decomposition and the complex side reaction degree can be effectively controlled, and the mechanical property of the alloy material can be significantly improved.
