A carbon nanotube-elastomer composite material excellent in tear strength and chemical resistance, a sealing material and a sealing material using the same, and a method for producing a carbon nanotube-elastomer composite material are provided. The carbon nanotube-elastomer composite material according to the present invention is obtained by dispersing carbon nanotubes in an elastomer. The carbon nanotubes have a diameter of 20 nm or less and a number of layers of 10 layers or less, and the total weight of the carbon nanotubes and the elastomer. On the other hand, when the carbon nanotubes are contained in an amount of 0.1 parts by weight or more and 20 parts by weight or less and kept at a temperature of 400 ° C. or more for 6 hours under introduction of nitrogen, the elastomer is thermally decomposed, and the remaining carbon nanotubes form the structure. Then, assuming that the initial volume of the composite material is V0 and the volume of the remaining carbon nanotube structure is Va, a continuous network having Va / V0 of 0.5 or more is provided in the elastomer.
