Water-base ink cleaning agent

The invention discloses a water-base ink cleaning agent, which comprises the following components by weight percent: 3-12 percent of phosphate salt, 1-5 percent of alkali inorganic matter, 0-3 percent of cosolvent, 0.05-3 percent of penetrating agent, 0.1-4 percent of metal protecting agent and remaining percent of water. The cleaning agent has specially strong removal effect on slightly-dissolvable cured ink adhered onto ink printing devices and has protective function on the ink printing devices; the cleaning agent contains no inflammable and explosive component and transparent solution is obtained when the cleaning agent is mixed with water in any proportion; and the use of the cleaning agent is safe, no impact is caused to the human health and no environmental production is caused.
