Mejoramiento en infraestructura vial para zonas rurales en Colombia: estrategia durante el postconflicto

La infraestructura de transporte es clave para garantizar el desarrollo de actividades economicas y sociales, especialmente en areas donde el conflicto armado ha dificultado el acceso, asi como la interaccion entre las entidades territoriales y ejecutivas con el gobierno central. La construccion de carreteras es un factor clave para el desarrollo ya que permite la conexion con los centros urbanos como un enfoque estrategico para influir en el desarrollo y llevar la prosperidad democratica a las regiones vulnerables. Una vez establecida la comunicacion terrestre, la Fuerza Publica podra opacar el camino de la ilegalidad, se reforzara la gobernanza y las poblaciones tendran acceso a educacion, asistencia medica y oportunidades de comercio justo, a todos los niveles. Transportation infrastructure is key ensure the development of economic and social activfties especially in areas where armed conflict has made access as well as the interaction between territorial and Executive entities with the central govemment difficult and sometimes almost impossible. Construction of roads is a key factor far the development, allowing connection with urban centers as a strategic approach to influence development and bringing the democratic prosperity to vulnerable regions while reducing the drug traffickjng phenomena that has permeated the populations through illegal labor promotion. Once the road access has been facilitated the Public Force will be able to overshadow the path of illegality, the govemance will be reinforced, and the populations will have access to education, medical assistance, and fairtrade opportunities, at all levels.
