PUPPI: The Pressure Ulcer Prevention Protocol Interventions

Overview:Despite technologic and preventive advances in recent years, the incidence of pressure ulcers in acute care remains unacceptably high. Consequently, the authors' institution developed the Pressure Ulcer Prevention Protocol Interventions, a nursing initiative that involves assessing risk
