Retomando o estruturalismo para interpretar a desigual América Latina no século XXI

This paper discusses the barriers to the development of Latin America in the 21st century. The barriers are represented by its various inequality forms. Based on new structuralism, the authors defend an epistemological critique in order to build new methods and metrics that consider the intersectionality, so being able to understand and face inequality in the region.
