Sr2.4Y0.2Eu0.2V2O8:Ba^2+发光性能的研究

采用固相法制备系列Ba^2+掺杂的Sr2.4Y0.2Eu0.2V2O8粉末样品,其中掺杂浓度x分别为0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.18,0.20.在416nm光激发下,观察到包括595nm(^5 D0→^7F1),619nm(^5D0→^7F2),652nm(^5D0→^7F3),以及700nm(^50D→^7F4)Eu3+的50D→7FJ发射谱.随着Ba含量的增加,发光强度先增大而后降低,在x=0.15取得最大值.结果表明:Ba作为一个敏化剂,可以有效提高Sr2.4Y0.2Eu0.2V2O8发光粉的发光强度.
