A suspended soft curtain for controlling multi-level intake of a reservoir comprises two top fixing anchors, two fixing anchor slides, two sliding anchors, an upper pull anchor cable, two bank fixing anchors, a middle pull anchor, a waterstop curtain and suspending weights; the top fixing anchor and the fixing anchor slide are fixed to the tops of two upstream banks; the sliding anchors are disposed on the fixing anchor slides; two ends of the upper pull anchor cable are fixed to two sliding anchors, respectively; the bank fixing anchors are fixed to the lowest levels of the middles of the banks on two sides; two ends of the middle pull anchor are fixed to two bank anchoring points, respectively; the upper end of the waterstop curtain is fixed to the upper pull anchor cable, the middle of the waterstop curtain is fixed to the middle pull anchor cable, and the bottom of the waterstop curtain is provided with the suspending weights at equal intervals. The suspended soft curtain is simple in structure, has low building environment requirements, is suitable for construction in both filled reservoir and water-free environments and is convenient and simple to demount and replace, and practicality of soft waterstop structures is greatly improved.
