Фактор фон Виллебранда и толщина комплекса интима-медиа сонных артерий у больных артериальной гипертензией

Studied was the relationship between the plasma levels of von Willebrand factor, the thickness of the intima-media complex of carotid arteries and lipid profile in hypertensive patients with varying severity. In arterial hypertension a significant increase of the concentration of von Willebrand factor in plasma was noted compared with those in the control group. Revealed was a statistically significant correlation between the level of von Willebrand factor and the thickness of the intima-media complex of common carotid arteries, as well as with the serum level of lipids.
