Challenge of nuclear waste-management practice

This article reviews typical waste-management practice, and attempts to provide unbiased recommendations in several areas that are not always apparent. The value of total dedication of appropriate people to waste management is stressed. Some questions to be answered when auditing waste-management efforts are listed. A series of possible problems are indicated.
