Control Strategy of High Frequency injection method for permanent Magnet synchronous Motor based on improved sliding Mode Controller

In order to solve the problems of large overshoot, slow response and insufficient anti-interference ability of the traditional speed PI controller, the sliding mode variable structure controller is introduced into the high frequency voltage injection system. In this paper, the sliding mode controller is a second-order sliding mode controller based on super-twisting algorithm. A variable saturation function with boundary layer is introduced into the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) instead of the traditional PI controller. At the same time, the rotor position and speed estimation by high frequency injection method are simplified. The simulation results show that the speed controller can adjust the speed loop of the motor efficiently. Compared with the traditional PI controller, the second-order sliding mode controller has better dynamic performance.
