국내 도시철도 운영자에 대한 경영 및 서비스평가에 관한 연구

The Korean government enacted the "Act on the Support and Promotion of Utilization of Mass Transit System" to systematically promote and facilitate the public transport usage in 2006, and has conducted "management and service evaluation" for public transport operator every 2 years. This study is to suggest ways to improve the financial structure and to improve customer service by analyzing the evaluation results of the subway agencies. In addition, we should try to build a sustainable evaluation system through reviewing the indicators and items, which can identify structural problems of the evaluation and resolution.
