Influencing factors of fluidity of fly ash from waste incineration

Aimed at solving the clogging problems occurred during the fly ash stabilization treatment process,the fly ash and bottom ash was collected at different sampling points in dry flue gas treatment system,and then the effect of fly ash particle size,shape and moisture content on its fluidity was investigated.Moreover,the relationship between temperature and the moisture content was also analyzed.The results showed that,in the dry flue gas cleaning system,the fluidity of fly ash was affected by its fineness,shape and moisture content.Combining with the bottom ash collection would help to improve the fluidity of the fly ash.The fly ash had strong water absorption ability,at 25℃ and relative humidity of 60%,the balance moisture content in fly ash could reach 4.37%.In order to prevent fly ash from absorbing the moisture which will result in decrease in fluidity,its storage temperature should be controlled above 85℃,and the ash should be dumped as soon as possible.
