The analysis of the voriconazole treatment of leukemia children with invasive pulmonary fungal infection

Objective:According to analyzing 19 cases of children with acute leuk emia and invasive fungal infections,the author tried to point out the efficacy and safety of the Voriconazole treatment of leukemia children with invasive pulm onary fungal infection. Methods:All patients after diagnosis were given Voricon azole treatment,the mild with voriconazole oral(7 mg/kg·h),the severe with v oriconazole intravenous(7 mg/kg,once per 12 hours),the treatment lasts 2 weeks or 2 mont hs. Results:The total efficiency is 89%,drug side effects were light,and Votiv onazole had good tolerance and sequential good. Conclusion:Voriconazole is safe and effective for teating leukemia children with invasive pulmonary fungal infe ction.
