Said method comprising: using NMR test methods, the test in a water-saturated reservoir dense state nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and the oil in a saturated state; with the NMR spectra, the analysis of the degree of hydrophilicity and dense reservoir oil level of pro ; calculated mixing the wetting index of dense reservoir, according to the mixing wetting index, evaluating the wettability of reservoir densification. Using the various embodiments of the present invention can effectively improve the efficiency of the test, the degree of hydrophilicity and quantitative analysis of the degree of affinity dense oil reservoir, improve the accuracy of measurement results.
