The invention discloses an integrated multifunctional charging device based on the subtle-energy utilization, comprising a base, a generator, a charging circuit, a transmission box, a wheel disk, a pull wire and vanes, wherein the generator is hinged with the base and is provided with a generator shaft; the charging circuit s electrically connected with an output end of the generator, and the output end of the charging circuit is provided with a charging interface; the transmission box is in gliding fit with the base, and is provided with a power input shaft and a transmission output shaft used for driving the generator shaft; the disk face of the wheel disk is provided with vane inserting holes, and the wheel disk is provided with a wheel disk connecting hole flange hole matched with the shapes of the power input shaft and the generator shaft; the vanes are movably plugged with the vane inserting holes; and the pull wire is distributed around the outer circumference of the wheel disk, one end of the pull wire is fixed with the wheel disk, while the other end thereof is a free stretching end. In this invention, the wind power generation, the hand pressure generation, the oscillating power generation, the pull force generation and the hand-shaking generation are integrated into a whole, thus the integrated multifunctional charging device can provide the emergency charge to micro-type electronic equipment and also has the lighting function and the like; and the integrated multifunctional charging device is small and beautiful in appearance and easy to carry conveniently.
